Update on our Live Streamed Classes.

SCROLL DOWN TO BOOK CLASSES- BUT PLEASE READ GUIDANCE FIRST

We go live with online classes on Monday the 23rd March and we really hope you will be able to join us.

Just down load the Zoom app and book your spaces on the classes you’d like to join via the schedule below – Members can continue to use their voucher codes to book classes in advance.

City Yoga will email/text you a Zoom link to the classes you are attending, in order for you to log on and connect with the class.

Please ensure you are logged 5 minutes before the class commences and bookings can only be taken up to 30 minutes before the class starts.

IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY.

These classes are designed to offer you a safe yoga practice in a place that does not expose you to Covid19.

THEY SHOULD NOT BE USED TO PRACTICE WITH OTHERS IN GROUPS.

Newbies to the studio must inform us of any injuries or health concerns and should text Matty on 07512351678 , who will then inform the teacher.

Beginners should not attempt to join a class that specifically states that it isn’t for them.

Make sure you are practising in a safe place, with a yoga mat or on a non-slip floor and that you have space around you to move freely.

Always consult your GP before embarking on any exercise if you have health conditions.

If you feel light headed or out of breath, take a moment and join in when you feel ready.

If you feel any pain, then stop immediately.

We are excited to be able to offer you these classes and will be adding more classes to our schedule , after this trial week.

What To Bring

Here at the studio, we have plenty of Yoga Mats, Blocks and Belts for stability, and also Blankets for relaxation. You are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Please wear comfortable clothing as you would with any form of exercise. You may also wish to bring a small towel and water for your practice. We do also have a small kitchen area with cups and a tap too.

Please ensure to travel light, keeping personal belongings to a minimum. The space is for yoga and there is little room to store large items.

Health and Safety

It is important to us that we are fully aware of current health and well being so we can take this into account when leading your practice. We have therefore put together a short questionnaire on which is essential for you to fill out before you begin practicing at the studio. Simply click here to download the form, and kindly hand the completed form to the Yoga Teacher taking your class.

This information will be kept completely confidential and will enable the teachers to be aware of injuries or health concerns you may have.
